Dining on board is a delight, with an early risers breakfast, full buffet breakfast with omelette station and comprehensive lunch buffet. The day's culinary highlight is the splendid four course dinner. Informal free seating and smaller tables contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. Complimentray tea and coffee is available all day. On Lord Byron there is also a Chef's Restaurant for just 24 guests, which can be reserved on board. Here the chef presents his signature dishes with a fixed menu of finest seasonal produce.
With thoughtful shore excursions included, explore the highlights of each river with visits to classic sights and less known but intriguing places. These include guided walking tours and explorations further afield, for instance to Salzburg, Prague or Switzerland's mighty Jungfrau.
